NYC Yoga Project offers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program led by Dawn Rizzo (E-RYT 500 hour) alongside seasoned instructors from the NYC yoga community. This multi-weekend program delivers detailed curriculum, personalized coaching and hands on training that will cause personal leadership and development so you can serve your community and the world. Regardless if you want to teach, this program will enhance your personal yoga practice, give you access to a bigger version of yourself and compel you to take on a greater role in your life.

NYC Yoga Project is a 200-hour RYS (Registered Yoga School) with Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion of this training, you may apply for an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification with Yoga Alliance.

Requirements 

  • 100% attendance to all weekend long sessions
  • Independent reading and study
  • Attend a minimum of 4 hours of classes at the studio per week
  • Commitment to your personal growth and development
  • Dedication to inspire and impact others

  • December 6, 7 & 8
  • Graduation: December 13, 2019

Fridays: 6:30pm until 9:00pm
Saturdays: 8:30am until 6:00pm
Sunday: 9:30am until 6:30pm
