Liz believes yoga is for everyone, not just those with a certain body type or financial means, and her teaching style makes yoga accessible, relatable, and relevant. Through proper alignment and healthy engagement, she believes yoga can help students open to their inner goodness and grace. Veronica received her 200 hour yoga teaching certification through the Baptiste Yoga, Expand Your Power training at 5 Boro Power Yoga in 2016. In 2015, Veronica began her journey after seeing students walk out of her local yoga studio all sweaty and happy. Curious about yoga, Veronica found acceptance, non-judgment and a place where she can be herself, with no filters. After completing 40 Days to Personal Revolution, Veronica manifested teaching yoga to the Spanish speaking community. Veronica’s intention is to serve communities who don’t have access to practice yoga in their primary language. Veronica has taken numerous Baptiste intensive courses and has completed Sonia Sumar’s Yoga for the Special Child Level 1. She is attending Baptiste Level 2 in July 2018. Veronica also assists kids yoga at 5 Boro Power Yoga.
